3D preview is illustrative — final specification confirmed before manufacture.
Step 1 of 5
What shape is your hot tub?
Also set your default skirt depth and corner radius below — these update the 3D preview immediately.
Bespoke shapes are fine — describe yours in the notes on the final step. We may need you to send a template before manufacture.

Step 2 of 5
What are the measurements?
Measure your existing cover — not the tub shell. Include all sides of the skirt overhang.

Radius: 10cm

Which way does your cover open?
Your cover splits in the middle and the two halves fold back — one to each side. The diagram below shows this. Your order confirmation will include a full drawing so nothing gets lost in translation.
How to measure
A
Length — the side the cover folds alongMeasure from the outside edge of the skirt to the opposite outside edge. This is the dimension that runs across both panels when the cover is closed.
B
Width — the direction the panels liftMeasure the other dimension the same way, outside edge to outside edge. If it's square, enter the same value as length.
C
How to measure the tub shell correctlyMeasure the flat top edge of the tub shell — not the water surface. Include any lip or flange. If the shell has curved corners, measure to the extremities of the shell in each direction. Add your skirt overhang (usually 2–5cm per side) to get the cover size. When in doubt measure generously — a slightly larger cover is better than one that leaves gaps.
!
Old cover as a reference — use with cautionAn old cover can give a useful starting point but may have shrunk, warped or split over time. Always cross-reference against the tub shell. Send us photos of both — we'll help you work it out.
Oversized covers may need individual quoting — we'll confirm before manufacture.
Step 3 of 5
Choose your insulation.
All options taper from thick at the centre hinge to thinner at the outer edges, so rainwater runs off. Thicker = better heat retention = lower running costs.

How this works: Sending this enquiry is not a commitment to purchase. We'll review your specification, confirm all measurements, and arrange payment before placing your order. Made-to-measure covers cannot usually be cancelled once production begins.
