The preview and drawings are an illustration to help you visualise your order. They are not to scale and do not represent the exact appearance, colour, texture, stitching or finish of the cover you will receive. Your cover is made to the measurements and options you enter; please check these carefully, as made-to-measure covers cannot be returned once manufacture has begun.

Step 1 of 5

What shape is
your hot tub?

Pick the closest shape. Measurements come next.

Bespoke shapes are fine — describe yours in the notes on the last step and we will price it for you.
Step 2 of 5

What are the
measurements?

Measure your existing cover — not the tub shell. Include all sides of the skirt overhang.

cm
Shell, outside edge to outside edge
cm
Enter same value if square
cm
Standard drop skirt is 10cm.
cm
20cm is common. Any size — 17.5, 30, whatever your tub is.
R R Lay a ruler along one straight edge. Measure from where the straight edge ends to the corner point. That is R.
cm
Standard 30cm. How far each strap sits in from the end
Which way does your cover open?

Your cover splits in the middle and the two halves fold back — one to each side. The diagram below shows this. Your order confirmation will include a full drawing so nothing gets lost in translation.

PANEL A PANEL B LENGTH WIDTH
How to measure
A
Length — the side the cover folds alongMeasure from the outside edge of the skirt to the opposite outside edge. This is the dimension that runs across both panels when the cover is closed.
B
Width — the direction the panels liftMeasure the other dimension the same way, outside edge to outside edge. If it's square, enter the same value as length.
C
How to measure the tub shell correctlyMeasure the flat top edge of the tub shell — not the water surface. Include any lip or flange. If the shell has curved corners, measure to the extremities of the shell in each direction. Add your skirt overhang (usually 2–5cm per side) to get the cover size. When in doubt measure generously — a slightly larger cover is better than one that leaves gaps.
!
Old cover as a reference — use with cautionAn old cover can give a useful starting point but may have shrunk, warped or split over time. Always cross-reference against the tub shell. Send us photos of both — we'll help you work it out.

Oversized covers may need individual quoting — we'll confirm before manufacture.
Step 3 of 5

Choose your
insulation.

Every cover is thickest along the centre and thinner at the outer edges, so rain runs off. Thicker holds the heat better and costs less to run.

Sheltered spots and lighter use

Premium

Step 4 of 5

Pick your colour.

Choose the material, then the colour. Order a swatch if an exact match matters.

Black

Send us a photo of your tub and we'll suggest the best match. WeatherTech has its own separate colour range.

Design a made-to-measure hot tub cover, then order it

Enter your tub’s length, width and corner radius, choose square, rounded or chamfered corners (or a circle, or a bespoke shape), pick a foam thickness — Essential 2″–4″, Comfort 3″–5″ or Premium 4″–6″ — and a colour from twelve marine-grade vinyls or WeatherTech fabric. The preview updates as you go, the price is fixed and shown before you commit, and you can pay online or send it to us as an enquiry. Every cover is made in the UK to your measurements, from £599, and delivered anywhere in mainland UK for £50 or collected free from Grimsby. Not sure how to measure?
