Build yours in our online configurator — any size, square, rounded or chamfered corners, three thicknesses, twelve colours — see it in 3D, get an instant price, and order. UK-made, from £599, delivered to any mainland UK address for £50. The right cover also makes your tub roughly half the cost to run. No intermediaries, no guesswork.
Heat pumps. Chemicals. Timers. All worth having — but a degraded cover will silently undo all of it. Up to 60% of a hot tub's heat escapes through a waterlogged or cracked lid. That's an extra £30–£60 every month that vanishes before you've even lifted the cover.
The foam inside a cover absorbs steam over time. Once it's saturated, it becomes a heat drain rather than an insulator — and you won't notice until you pick it up and realise it weighs twice what it used to.
Signs yours needs replacing
What a new cover gives you
Every cover we supply is made to measure.
We don't sell off-the-shelf covers. Every one is cut to your exact dimensions so there are no gaps, no heat loss at the edges, and no compromise on fit.
Every cover we supply includes the following as standard — not as paid upgrades.
Available in a range of marine-grade vinyl colours to suit your tub and garden.
Not sure which colour? Send us a photo of your tub — we'll suggest the best match.
Cover cross-section
These are photographs of the actual sample covers and materials we hold — not CGI, not stock photos. This is the build quality you can expect.
Every photo below is a real TopTubs job on a customer's tub in Lincolnshire — measured, made and fitted by us.
Choose your shape, enter your measurements, pick your colour and tier. We'll receive your full spec and contact you to confirm before manufacture begins.
Takes about 2 minutes
You don't need to be technical. Take these four measurements from your existing cover (not the tub shell), and we'll handle the rest. Not sure? Call us and we'll talk you through it, or arrange a visit.
Overall length
Measure across the longest side of the cover, including the skirt overhang on both ends.
Overall width
Measure the shorter side, again including any skirt overhang on both sides.
Corner radius
Place a ruler across the corner to measure the curve. Common sizes are 2", 4", 6" and 8". Square corners = 0".
Skirt depth
The depth of the folded skirt that hangs down over the tub cabinet. Standard is 4" — measure yours if the tub looks deeper than average.
Tip: If your old cover is still in one piece, measure that rather than the tub itself — it's easier and more accurate. Take photos while you're measuring and send them along with your enquiry.
All prices include the cover manufactured to your exact measurements and UK delivery. No VAT to add — we are not currently VAT registered. On-site measuring, fitting and old-cover disposal can be arranged separately.

From £599 for Essential, £679 for Comfort and £749 for Premium — any size, any shape, any of our twelve colours, at the same price. Delivery anywhere in mainland UK is £50, or collect from Grimsby free. You see the exact price as you build it.
Yes — anywhere in mainland UK for a flat £50. Covers are made to order in the UK and usually take two to three weeks.
Measure the tub itself — the acrylic shell, outside edge to outside edge — not your old cover. You need the length, the width, and the corner radius (how far along the edge the curve starts). The skirt is added on top of those sizes. The builder walks you through each one with a diagram, and there is a printable measuring guide.
Comfort (3″ at the edges, 5″ at the centre) suits most UK gardens year-round. Essential (2″–4″) is for sheltered spots and lighter use. Premium (4″–6″) is for exposed gardens, holiday lets and the lowest running costs. All three taper so rain runs off.
Yes. Square corners, rounded corners with any radius, or chamfered corners with any cut size — plus circles and bespoke shapes.
Twelve standard colours are included. Custom colours can be made to order — describe it or give a RAL code and we price it for you.
A lighter alternative to vinyl that does not fade in the sun and does not shrink around the skirt the way vinyl can. Black or grey, £75 extra.
Put your sizes into the builder, pick a thickness and colour, and pay online — it goes straight into manufacture. Not sure about a measurement? Send it as an enquiry from the same screen and we check it with you first.
