These terms and conditions apply to all services provided by TopTubs Lincolnshire Ltd. By booking or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
TopTubs Lincolnshire Ltd is a hot tub servicing, repair, installation and maintenance business operating across Lincolnshire and surrounding areas. References to "we", "us" or "our" in these terms refer to TopTubs Lincolnshire Ltd.
All quotes provided are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. A booking is confirmed once we have acknowledged it in writing (email or message). We reserve the right to decline work at our discretion.
For diagnostic visits, a call-out charge applies regardless of whether a repair is carried out. This will be communicated to you before booking.
All prices are quoted in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We will always confirm the total cost before commencing work beyond an initial diagnosis. Additional costs arising from unforeseen complications will be communicated to you and require your approval before proceeding.
Payment is due on completion of work unless a credit account has been agreed in writing. We accept bank transfer and card payment. For maintenance packages, payment is collected monthly by Direct Debit via GoCardless.
Late payments may incur interest at 8% above the Bank of England base rate under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act 1998.

We carry public liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the value of the work carried out. We are not liable for pre-existing faults, damage caused by incorrect chemical use, or issues arising from non-compliance with our aftercare advice.
We are not responsible for any loss of use, inconvenience or consequential losses arising from a hot tub fault or delay in repair.
Labour is guaranteed for 3 months from the date of completion. Parts are subject to the manufacturer's warranty. We use genuine or equivalent-quality replacement parts unless otherwise agreed.
Maintenance package subscriptions are rolling monthly contracts with no minimum term. You may cancel with 30 days' written notice. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days' notice. Missed visits due to inaccessible property may not be refunded unless rescheduled within the same billing period.
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a booking. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation charge equivalent to the call-out fee.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
